Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Double cream cheese
- 450 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 400 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tbsp Milk
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cut the softened butter into pieces, add the sugar and cream cheese and stir with the mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add the eggs.
- Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and baking soda and pour over the mixture. Mix in carefully. Add the milk.
- Fill into the mold and bake at 175 ° C for about 50 minutes.
- You can of course also take a normal form. I bought this new and just wanted to try it out. Is really a total eye-catcher.
