Cheesecake – Rose

The perfect cheesecake – rose recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 450 g Sugar
  • 5 St. Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Cut the softened butter into pieces, add the sugar and cream cheese and stir with the mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the eggs.
  3. Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and baking soda and pour over the mixture. Mix in carefully. Add the milk.
  4. Fill into the mold and bake at 175 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  5. You can of course also take a normal form. I bought this new and just wanted to try it out. Is really a total eye-catcher.
