Italian Bread Salad with Chorizo

- 2 Baguette
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 150 g Arugula
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 200 g Chorizo sausage
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Arrange the rocket and tomatoes in a bowl. Mix a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and a little pepper and salt and pour over the salad. Then add the bread cubes and the chorizo and stir in carefully. Slice fresh Parmesan over the salad and serve.
