Fried Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream and Honey
Servings: 4 people
- 4 Bananas
- 100 g Flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 60 ml Cold water
- Oil for the pan,
- Vanilla ice cream, honey and sesame seeds to sprinkle
- Coconut
Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
Mix the remaining ingredients into a tough dough and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Let the oil get hot in a pan. Pull the bananas through the dough with a fork, drain and add to the oil to fry. Weigh it once so that it turns brown on both sides. Drain on a paper towel.
Place the bananas on a plate along with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle honey over ice cream and bananas and sprinkle with grated sesame or coconut.
