Fried Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream and Honey

The perfect fried banana with vanilla ice cream and honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Bananas
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 60 ml Ice cold water
  • Oil for the pan,
  • Vanilla ice cream, honey and sesame seeds to sprinkle
  • Coconut
  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a tough dough and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Pull the bananas through the dough with a fork, drain and add to the oil to fry. Weigh it once so that it turns brown on both sides. Drain on a paper towel.
  4. Place the bananas on a plate along with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle honey over ice cream and bananas and sprinkle with grated sesame or coconut.
