Fluffy Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 450 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix the flour and dry yeast and then knead with the remaining ingredients with your hands to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a bowl in the oven at 40 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with tomato sauce and top with any ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20-25 minutes on the middle rack.
  • For the tomato sauce B. Mix a packet of tomato strains with a little salt, pizza seasoning and dried herbs.
