Spin the salad dry, cut the cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms and the remaining feta into small pieces. Put some oil in a salad bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, gyros spice and oregano. Add a little water (alternatively you can use vinegar, but I don't like vinegar!) Or if you want to make it easy for yourself, you can also use the salad dressing powder "Greek herbs" from Knorr.
