Ingredients
- 400 g Flour
- 1 packet Yeast
- Water
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Gyros spice
- 1 Head of lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- 15 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 packet Feta
- 0,5 glass Dried tomatoes in oil
- Oregano
- 8 Mushrooms
- 1 packet Onion croutons
Instructions
- Wash the salad. Clean the tomatoes, cucumber and mushrooms.
- Mix the flour, yeast, water, olive oil, salt and a little gyros spice and knead well. Then let rise for 1 hour and then knead again. Distribute flatbreads. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and spread them on the flatbread. Sprinkle some oregano on top. Bake them for about 20 minutes on top / bottom heat at 180 degrees.
- Spin the salad dry, cut the cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms and the remaining feta into small pieces. Put some oil in a salad bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, gyros spice and oregano. Add a little water (alternatively you can use vinegar, but I don't like vinegar!) Or if you want to make it easy for yourself, you can also use the salad dressing powder "Greek herbs" from Knorr.
