2 Brussels Sprouts Experiments ....

- 25 Salt
Option 1 - with breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 handful Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Variation 2 - caramelized with soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 shot Soy sauce

am not a friend of Brussels sprouts but my göga likes it very much .... so I had to try again how I can prepare it so that it tastes good to me too .... both variants were delicious, but Brussels sprouts are still not closed belong to my favorite dishes - I hid my Brussels sprouts under a lot of crumbs so I don't have to see them (grin)
