Beef Fillet with Beans Wrapped in Bacon

- 800 g Beef fillet
- 300 g Green beans
- 1 packet Bacon
- Savory spice
- Salt, pepper
- Butter
- Clarified butter
- Herb butter
Clean the beans and cook for about 7 minutes, chill in cold water, wrap about 8-10 beans in a bacon slice. Melt the butter, salt, pepper and savory in a pan and lightly fry the bean rolls in the pan.
Sear the 200 g steaks in clarified butter to the desired degree of cooking and season with salt and pepper. There is also herb butter and 1 large jacket potato with herb quark.
