Beef Fillet with Beans Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 800 g Beef fillet
  • 300 g Green beans
  • 1 packet Bacon
  • Savory spice
  • Salt, pepper
  • Butter
  • Clarified butter
  • Herb butter

Instructions

  • Clean the beans and cook for about 7 minutes, chill in cold water, wrap about 8-10 beans in a bacon slice. Melt the butter, salt, pepper and savory in a pan and lightly fry the bean rolls in the pan.
  • Sear the 200 g steaks in clarified butter to the desired degree of cooking and season with salt and pepper. There is also herb butter and 1 large jacket potato with herb quark.
