Radish Quark with Jacket Potatoes
Servings: 2 people
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 4 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
- 8 Radish
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Dried herbs
Mix the quark with the yoghurt, milk and mineral water until smooth.
Clean and wash the vegetables, cut radishes and peppers into small cubes, and spring onions into small rings.
Now add everything to the quark, spices and herbs and stir everything in well
Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and serve with the quark.
