Radish Quark with Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 8 Radish
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Dried herbs

Instructions

  • Mix the quark with the yoghurt, milk and mineral water until smooth.
  • Clean and wash the vegetables, cut radishes and peppers into small cubes, and spring onions into small rings.
  • Now add everything to the quark, spices and herbs and stir everything in well
  • Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and serve with the quark.
