Ingredients
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 4 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
- 8 Radish
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Dried herbs
Instructions
- Mix the quark with the yoghurt, milk and mineral water until smooth.
- Clean and wash the vegetables, cut radishes and peppers into small cubes, and spring onions into small rings.
- Now add everything to the quark, spices and herbs and stir everything in well
- Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and serve with the quark.
