Radish Quark with Jacket Potatoes

The perfect radish quark with jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 4 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoon Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 8 Radish
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Dried herbs
  1. Mix the quark with the yoghurt, milk and mineral water until smooth.
  2. Clean and wash the vegetables, cut radishes and peppers into small cubes, and spring onions into small rings.
  3. Now add everything to the quark, spices and herbs and stir everything in well
  4. Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and serve with the quark.
