Side Dish: Apple Wedges with Rice Syrup

- 6 Apples
- 0,5 cup Apple juice naturally cloudy
- 50 g Rice syrup - vegan and gluten-free sweetener
Wash, peel, halve and quarter the apples and remove the stones.
Cut into small wedges, place in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes and let the apple wedges cool down.
They were used today as a side dish for the rice pudding.
