Side Dish: Apple Wedges with Rice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 6 Apples
  • 0,5 cup Apple juice naturally cloudy
  • 50 g Rice syrup - vegan and gluten-free sweetener

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, halve and quarter the apples and remove the stones.
  • Cut into small wedges, place in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
  • Let simmer for about 10 minutes and let the apple wedges cool down.
  • They were used today as a side dish for the rice pudding.
