Dill Dressing with Agave Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 0,5 cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Salt - I used hibiscus salt - freshly ground pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Mint in oil

Instructions

  • Finely chop the dill, squeeze out the orange and whisk all the ingredients together, adding a little sugar if necessary. Tastes good with all colorful salads.
