Schmalhans - Kitchen Master: Jacket Potatoes with Cream Cheese-yoghurt Dip and Bismarck Herring

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Double cream cheese
  • 2 cup Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Potatoes
  • 1 glass Bismarck herring

Instructions

  • Put the cream cheese and yoghurt in a bowl, add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Just add the parsley, stir everything well and let it steep.
  • Wash the potatoes and cook them in the water. When they are done, drain the water and peel the potatoes.
  • Open the glass of Bismarck herring and put it in a bowl and put everything on the table ;-)
