Schmalhans - Kitchen Master: Jacket Potatoes with Cream Cheese-yoghurt Dip and Bismarck Herring
Servings: 2 people
- 1 cup Double cream cheese
- 2 cup Natural yoghurt
- 1 Chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- Potatoes
- 1 glass Bismarck herring
Put the cream cheese and yoghurt in a bowl, add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Just add the parsley, stir everything well and let it steep.
Wash the potatoes and cook them in the water. When they are done, drain the water and peel the potatoes.
Open the glass of Bismarck herring and put it in a bowl and put everything on the table ;-)
