- 1 a cup Cream cheese double cream setting
- 2 a cup Natural yoghurt
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- Potatoes
- 1 glass Bismarck herring
- Put the cream cheese and yoghurt in a bowl, add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Just add the parsley, stir everything well and let it steep.
- Wash the potatoes and cook them in the water. When they are done, drain the water and peel the potatoes.
- Open the glass of Bismarck herring and put it in a bowl and put everything on the table 😉
