Shrimp - Egg - Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Small shrimp cooked
  • 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Quark
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs TK
  • 1 Pressed clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Coarsely grate the hard-boiled eggs in a large bowl, add the shrims.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients well and season to taste.
  • Add the cream to the shrimp, mix well and let steep for 1 hour.
