- 240 g Flour

- 500 g Grapes
- 250 g Curd
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 tsp heaped Starch
- 3 tbsp Milk
for the crumble:
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 75 g Butter
Streusel:
Cut the cold butter into small pieces and knead with the remaining ingredients to make crumble.
