Ingredients
 

for the dough:

  • 80 g Curd
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 g Oil
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 240 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

for covering:

  • 500 g Grapes
  • 250 g Curd
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp heaped Starch
  • 3 tbsp Milk

for the crumble:

  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 75 g Butter

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • Quickly knead all ingredients into a dough and let it rest a little.

Covering:

  • Mix all ingredients together except for the grapes and finally mix in the washed grapes.

Streusel:

  • Cut the cold butter into small pieces and knead with the remaining ingredients to make crumble.
  • Roll out the dough and lay out a flat cake tin, making a 3 - 4 cm high edge.
  • Pour in the filling and distribute the streusel evenly on top.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven with top and bottom heat at 175 ° for approx. 40 - 50 minutes. Possibly cover towards the end.
