Ingredients
for the dough:
- 80 g Curd
- 70 g Sugar

- 40 g Oil

- 240 g Flour

- 500 g Grapes
- 250 g Curd
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 tsp heaped Starch
- 3 tbsp Milk
for the crumble:
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 75 g Butter
Instructions
Dough:
- Quickly knead all ingredients into a dough and let it rest a little.
Covering:
- Mix all ingredients together except for the grapes and finally mix in the washed grapes.
Streusel:
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces and knead with the remaining ingredients to make crumble.
- Roll out the dough and lay out a flat cake tin, making a 3 - 4 cm high edge.
