Pickled Sweet and Sour Garlic

- 750 g Fresh garlic
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 0,25 L Wine vinegar
- 6 Bay leaves
- 10 Allspice grains
- 20 Peppercorns
- 5 Ginger about 1 cm
- 1 Dried chili peppers / glass
- 1 L White wine dry
All ingredients, including the peeled garlic, are placed in a saucepan and filled with water and wine (50:50), just covered.
Bring the whole thing to a boil, switch off the heat source after 30 seconds.
The garlic is poured hot into cleaned twist-off jars and covered with the marinade. Close the lid tightly. That's it.
4th tip; Soak the garlic cloves in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. The effort of peeling is thus simplified many times over.
