Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Fresh garlic
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 0,25 L Wine vinegar
  • 6 Bay leaves
  • 10 Allspice grains
  • 20 Peppercorns
  • 5 Ginger about 1 cm
  • 1 Dried chili peppers / glass
  • 1 L White wine dry

Instructions
 

  • All ingredients, including the peeled garlic, are placed in a saucepan and filled with water and wine (50:50), just covered.
  • Bring the whole thing to a boil, switch off the heat source after 30 seconds.
  • The garlic is poured hot into cleaned twist-off jars and covered with the marinade. Close the lid tightly. That's it.
  • 4th tip; Soak the garlic cloves in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. The effort of peeling is thus simplified many times over.
