Christmas Quark Dish

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 1 packet Dark couverture chocolate
  • 100 ml Water
  • 50 ml Low fat milk
  • 2 tsp Zmit / sugar mixed
  • 1 pinch Aniseed spice
  • 2 pinches Ginger bread spice
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Stir the quark and milk until cold. Melt the couverture in a hot (not boiling) water bath. When the couverture has cooled down a bit, add to the quark and stir. Now add the spices and stir. Add a little sugar if necessary
