Christmas Quark Dish
The perfect christmas quark dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 1 Pck. Dark chocolate couverture
- 100 ml Water
- 50 ml Low-Fat milk
- 2 tsp Zmit / sugar mixed
- 1 pinch Aniseed spice
- 2 Pinches Ginger bread spice
- Sugar
- Stir the quark and milk until cold. Melt the couverture in a hot (not boiling) water bath. When the couverture has cooled down a bit, add to the quark and stir. Now add the spices and stir. Add a little sugar if necessary
