Christmas Quark Dish

The perfect christmas quark dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 Pck. Dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 ml Water
  • 50 ml Low-Fat milk
  • 2 tsp Zmit / sugar mixed
  • 1 pinch Aniseed spice
  • 2 Pinches Ginger bread spice
  • Sugar
  1. Stir the quark and milk until cold. Melt the couverture in a hot (not boiling) water bath. When the couverture has cooled down a bit, add to the quark and stir. Now add the spices and stir. Add a little sugar if necessary
