Herb Beans on Rosemary Steak
Servings: 2 people
- 250 g Beans thick canned
- 50 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Finely chopped savory
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Chopped dill
- 2 Pig neck (comb) (fe) fresh
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Flour
take out the comb disks and let them rest ..... dust the flour in the frying pan and brown while stirring .... pour in some hot water, season again with a little salt and pepper and season the sauce with the beans, the comb steaks and Serve boiled potatoes .....
