Herb Beans on Rosemary Steak

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Beans thick canned
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped savory
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Chopped dill
  • 2 Pig neck (comb) (fe) fresh
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Flour

Instructions
 

  • Drain the broad white beans .... put them in a pot with the butter ....
  • Add the herbs, pepper, salt and a small pinch of sugar and gently simmer while stirring constantly.
  • Salt and pepper the pork neck slices and sprinkle with rosemary needles.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and fry the slices vigorously on both sides for about 3 minutes.
  • take out the comb disks and let them rest ..... dust the flour in the frying pan and brown while stirring .... pour in some hot water, season again with a little salt and pepper and season the sauce with the beans, the comb steaks and Serve boiled potatoes .....
