Ingredients
- 250 g Beans thick canned
- 50 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Finely chopped savory
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Chopped dill
- 2 Pig neck (comb) (fe) fresh
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Flour
Instructions
- Drain the broad white beans .... put them in a pot with the butter ....
- Add the herbs, pepper, salt and a small pinch of sugar and gently simmer while stirring constantly.
- Salt and pepper the pork neck slices and sprinkle with rosemary needles.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the slices vigorously on both sides for about 3 minutes.
- take out the comb disks and let them rest ..... dust the flour in the frying pan and brown while stirring .... pour in some hot water, season again with a little salt and pepper and season the sauce with the beans, the comb steaks and Serve boiled potatoes .....
