Christmas: Bavarian Chocolate Bread

For approx. 80 pieces:
- 6 Eggs size M
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Grated dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
- 250 g Grated hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp Cocoa
- 100 g Wheat flour type 405 or 550
- 200 g Dark couverture chocolate
Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until frothy.
Grind the nuts and the dark chocolate medium coarse. Mix the flour with cocoa and sieve and stir into the egg mixture with the nuts and chocolate.
Spread the dough on a greased baking tray dusted with flour and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
