Ingredients
 

For approx. 80 pieces:

  • 6 Eggs size M
  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Grated dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
  • 250 g Grated hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa
  • 100 g Wheat flour type 405 or 550
  • 200 g Dark couverture chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until frothy.
  • Grind the nuts and the dark chocolate medium coarse. Mix the flour with cocoa and sieve and stir into the egg mixture with the nuts and chocolate.
  • Spread the dough on a greased baking tray dusted with flour and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
  • Let the chocolate bread cool down and coat with melted couverture. First cut the chocolate bread into squares and then at an angle into triangles. Let dry.
