Christmas: Bavarian Chocolate Bread

  • 6 Eggs size M
  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Grated dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
  • 250 g Grated hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa
  • 100 g Wheat flour type 405 or 550
  • 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
  1. Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until frothy.
