Apple Sorbet Jacky Winter

- 4 Apples
- 250 ml Sugar syrup
- 1 cl Calvados
- 2 cl Jack Daniel's winter
- Cinammon
Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and cook them with some ground cinnamon to make applesauce. Then mix well and add the Calvados and Jacky Winter. Also mix in the syrup. Let the mixture cool well in the refrigerator. Then let it run in the ice machine for 30 minutes. Of course, you could also check% Brix beforehand. Should be around 26-28%. Have fun
