Cooking: Hunter Pan

Ingredients

  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 3 Fresh shallots
  • 2 Minute steaks
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 75 ml Cream
  • Herbal oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Garlic pepper

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Wash or peel the peppers with hot water, remove the seeds and membranes and cut very finely. Peel and chop shallots.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms, peppers and shallots in it. Then take it out.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Also cut the minute steaks into small cubes.
  • Heat a little more oil in the pan and lightly fry the potato and meat cubes in it.
  • Now add the mushrooms & Co. again. Stir in tomato paste. Then add the cream and season.
  • Cook with the lid on over low heat for about 20-30 minutes. (until the potatoes are done)
  • Spread on plates and serve.
