Cooking: Hunter Pan

The perfect cooking: hunter pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 3 Fresh shallots
  • 2 Minute steaks
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 75 ml Cream
  • Herbal oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Garlic pepper
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Wash or peel the peppers with hot water, remove the seeds and membranes and cut very finely. Peel and chop shallots.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms, peppers and shallots in it. Then take it out.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Also cut the minute steaks into small cubes.
  4. Heat a little more oil in the pan and lightly fry the potato and meat cubes in it.
  5. Now add the mushrooms & Co. again. Stir in tomato paste. Then add the cream and season.
  6. Cook with the lid on over low heat for about 20-30 minutes. (until the potatoes are done)
  7. Spread on plates and serve.
