Ingredients
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 Green peppers
- 3 Fresh shallots
- 2 Minute steaks
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 75 ml Cream
- Herbal oil
- Seasoned Salt
- Garlic pepper
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Wash or peel the peppers with hot water, remove the seeds and membranes and cut very finely. Peel and chop shallots.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms, peppers and shallots in it. Then take it out.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Also cut the minute steaks into small cubes.
- Heat a little more oil in the pan and lightly fry the potato and meat cubes in it.
- Now add the mushrooms & Co. again. Stir in tomato paste. Then add the cream and season.
- Cook with the lid on over low heat for about 20-30 minutes. (until the potatoes are done)
- Spread on plates and serve.
