Jägerschnitzel with Cheese Coating

Ingredients

  • 300 g Jagdwurst
  • 1 packet Cheese rings
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Cut the hunting sausage into thick slices, smash the egg in a deep plate with saz and pepper, finely crumble the cheese rings in a food processor and mix with the Parmesan cheese in a deep plate.
  • Turn the Jagdwurst slices first in the egg, then in the cheese coating and fry in the oil until brown.
  • There was also butter vegetables and mashed potatoes (see my Kb)
