- 250 g Flour 1050
- 1 tsp Baking malt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 25 g Sunflower seeds
- 15 g Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp Malt coffee dry Caro
- 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 1 tsp Honey
- Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds to sprinkle
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Put all other ingredients in a bowl. Work the yeast water with the other ingredients into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
After rising, knead the dough vigorously again. Sprinkle the worktop with sunflower seeds and roll out the dough on the top of the pot, 2 cm thick. Sprinkle with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Now cut into pieces with a knife and place on a baking sheet.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Put the rolls in the oven and reduce the temperature to 170 °. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
