Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour 1050
  • 1 tsp Baking malt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 25 g Sunflower seeds
  • 15 g Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Malt coffee dry Caro
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • 150 ml Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Put all other ingredients in a bowl. Work the yeast water with the other ingredients into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  • After rising, knead the dough vigorously again. Sprinkle the worktop with sunflower seeds and roll out the dough on the top of the pot, 2 cm thick. Sprinkle with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Now cut into pieces with a knife and place on a baking sheet.
  • Let the dough rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Put the rolls in the oven and reduce the temperature to 170 °. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
