Ingredients
- 250 g Flour 1050
- 1 tsp Baking malt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 25 g Sunflower seeds
- 15 g Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp Malt coffee dry Caro
- 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 1 tsp Honey
- Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds to sprinkle
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Put all other ingredients in a bowl. Work the yeast water with the other ingredients into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
- After rising, knead the dough vigorously again. Sprinkle the worktop with sunflower seeds and roll out the dough on the top of the pot, 2 cm thick. Sprinkle with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Now cut into pieces with a knife and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the dough rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Put the rolls in the oven and reduce the temperature to 170 °. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
