Brussels Sprouts Soup with Beef

Ingredients

  • 750 g Beef soup
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 L Broth
  • 2 L Pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh

Instructions

  • Cook the beef with the soup greens in the broth. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add, cook. Clean the Brussels sprouts, add them to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper, nutmeg and spices.
