Brussels Sprouts Soup with Beef

  • 750 gr Beef soup
  • 750 gr Potatoes
  • 750 gr Brussels sprouts
  • 2 liter Broth
  • 2 liter Pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  1. Cook the beef with the soup greens in the broth. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add, cook. Clean the Brussels sprouts, add them to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper, nutmeg and spices.
