Cooking: Spaghetti Bolognese

- 500 g Spaghetti
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cans Strained tomatoes
- 125 ml Red wine
- 400 ml Beef stock
- Salt and pepper
- Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Cut the vegetables into very small cubes and fry them in hot oil, add the chopped tomato paste and the garlic.
When everything is well seared, deglaze with red wine. Then add the tomatoes, the stock and the spices, let everything boil for about 3 hours on a low level.
Now taste everything again, if necessary, add salt or add a little oregano or thyme. Serve with the spaghetti.
