Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 cans Strained tomatoes
  • 125 ml Red wine
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into very small cubes and fry them in hot oil, add the chopped tomato paste and the garlic.
  • When everything is well seared, deglaze with red wine. Then add the tomatoes, the stock and the spices, let everything boil for about 3 hours on a low level.
  • Now taste everything again, if necessary, add salt or add a little oregano or thyme. Serve with the spaghetti.
