Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cans Strained tomatoes
- 125 ml Red wine
- 400 ml Beef stock
- Salt and pepper
- Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into very small cubes and fry them in hot oil, add the chopped tomato paste and the garlic.
- When everything is well seared, deglaze with red wine. Then add the tomatoes, the stock and the spices, let everything boil for about 3 hours on a low level.
- Now taste everything again, if necessary, add salt or add a little oregano or thyme. Serve with the spaghetti.
