Low-salt vegetable broth:
- 0,75 L Water, cold
- 40 g Diced carrots
- 30 g Fresh leek
- 30 g Celery bulbs roughly diced
- 1 Quartered onions
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
consciously without:
- Without added salt
- Without added stock cubes or stock powder [which contain salt]
- Without sweeteners
Preparation:
Wash, clean and cut the vegetables, the clean sections [cut away the root ends and specks] are poured with cold water in a container for the cold water extract. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. After that, the flavored water is filtered off through a cloth or sieve and used as the brewing base liquid.

Slowly bring the vegetable pieces to the boil in the pre-flavored base liquid, approx. 10 minutes, until everything is cooked through. Finally add the parsley and pepper to taste and let it steep for a short while.
