Low-salt vegetable broth:

  • 0,75 l Water, cold
  • 40 g Diced carrots
  • 30 g Fresh leek
  • 30 g Celery bulbs roughly diced
  • 1 piece Quartered onions
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 Toes Chopped garlic
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

consciously without:

  • Without added salt
  • Without added stock cubes or stock powder [which contain salt]
  • Without sweeteners

Preparation:

  1. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables, the clean sections [cut away the root ends and specks] are poured with cold water in a container for the cold water extract. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
