Ingredients
 

Low-salt vegetable broth:

  • 0,75 L Water, cold
  • 40 g Diced carrots
  • 30 g Fresh leek
  • 30 g Celery bulbs roughly diced
  • 1 Quartered onions
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

consciously without:

  • Without added salt
  • Without added stock cubes or stock powder [which contain salt]
  • Without sweeteners

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Wash, clean and cut the vegetables, the clean sections [cut away the root ends and specks] are poured with cold water in a container for the cold water extract. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. After that, the flavored water is filtered off through a cloth or sieve and used as the brewing base liquid.

Vegetable broth low in salt, low in calories:

  • Slowly bring the vegetable pieces to the boil in the pre-flavored base liquid, approx. 10 minutes, until everything is cooked through. Finally add the parsley and pepper to taste and let it steep for a short while.
