Instructions
Mix coconut flakes, eggs and marzipan in the food processor to a smooth mass.
Now add the powdered sugar and stir everything well again.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees circulating air.
Use the piping bag and a large star nozzle to squirt the mixture onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Now turn the oven back to 150 degrees and bake the macaroons on the middle rack for about 15 to 20 minutes until they are lightly browned.
