Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Coconut flakes
  • 800 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 10 Eggs
  • 250 g Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix coconut flakes, eggs and marzipan in the food processor to a smooth mass.
  • Now add the powdered sugar and stir everything well again.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees circulating air.
  • Use the piping bag and a large star nozzle to squirt the mixture onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Now turn the oven back to 150 degrees and bake the macaroons on the middle rack for about 15 to 20 minutes until they are lightly browned.
