Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Peppers

- 3 Eggs
- Paprika, green, red, yellow
- 1 Fresh tomato
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 Cracking sausage
- 10 dag Emmental cheese
- 0,25 L Milk
further:
- Tomato salt - own production
- Ground black pepper
- Some Tobasco, pumpkin seed oil and balsamic cream
Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with tomato salt and pepper.
Cut the paprika, tomato, onion, crispy sausage and cheese into small cubes.
Add vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture. Let the onion tarnish lightly and stir in the egg mixture, let it set as you like.
