Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Peppers

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • Paprika, green, red, yellow
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 Cracking sausage
  • 10 dag Emmental cheese
  • 0,25 L Milk

further:

  • Tomato salt - own production
  • Ground black pepper
  • Some Tobasco, pumpkin seed oil and balsamic cream

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with tomato salt and pepper.
  • Cut the paprika, tomato, onion, crispy sausage and cheese into small cubes.
  • Add vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture. Let the onion tarnish lightly and stir in the egg mixture, let it set as you like.
  • Fresh pastries and a glass of beer! Enjoy your meal!!
