Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Peppers
The perfect scrambled eggs with sausage and peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- Paprika, green, red, yellow
- 1 Fresh tomato
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Cracking sausage
- 10 dag Emmental cheese
- 0,25 l Milk
further:
- Tomato salt – own production
- Ground black pepper
- Some Tobasco, pumpkin seed oil and balsamic cream
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with tomato salt and pepper.
- Cut the paprika, tomato, onion, crispy sausage and cheese into small cubes.
- Add vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture. Let the onion tarnish lightly and stir in the egg mixture, let it set as you like.
