Cake: Apricot and Cheese Strudel

Ingredients

  • 6 Strudel leaves
  • 6 Dried apricots
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Pineapple juice
  • Cointreau
  • Stevia powder
  • Liquid butter

Instructions

  • Brush the strudel pastry sheets individually with butter. Sweeten the cream cheese with stevia. Soak the apricots in Cointreau and pineapple juice.
  • Now cut the apricots into small pieces, mix with the cream cheese and add some of the liquid. Now roll the cheese mixture onto the strudel dough and bake in the preheated oven at 180C ° for about 20 minutes.
