Andy`s Tomato Sauce with Rice and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 can Peeled canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Rama Cremefine
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried basil
  • 100 g Butter

Instructions

  • Season the mince to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then shape it into balls and simmer in water, when you swim up you are done.
  • Cook the rice (2 cups rice 4 cups water) until cooked.
  • Put the canned tomatoes in a saucepan, 1 tablespoon. Tomato paste add the cremefine to it, 2 tablespoons. Bring basil and 100g butter to the boil while stirring. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce.
  • Arrange the rice nicely on a plate, put the tomato sauce with the meatballs around it. Bon Appetit.
