Spaghetti Alla Harissa

- 200 g Spaghetti
- 75 ml Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Harissa spice mix
- Salt pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the chopped garlic cloves, spice mixture, salt and pepper. Then mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
