Spaghetti Alla Harissa

Ingredients

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Harissa spice mix
  • Salt pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the chopped garlic cloves, spice mixture, salt and pepper. Then mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
