Self-made Cheeseburgers À La Big Mac

- 800 g Ground beef
- 8 slice Chester
- 1 Onion
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 8 slice Bacon
- 4 Hamburger buns

- 4 tbsp Sweet and sour cucumber relish
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Dried onions
- 1 tsp Garlic

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and shape into 8 very flat patties of 100gr each. Then sear them in oil or on the grill on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
Brush the underside of the bun with sauce and put the lettuce on top. Then put a slice of meat, a slice of cheese, a slice of meat, a slice of cheese on top. Add the onions, bacon and another serving of sauce and at the end place the top of the bun on top. If necessary, fix it with a kebab skewer, better to eat with a knife and fork.
