Apple Yogurt Cake with Coconut

Ingredients

  • 100 g Flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 50 g Margarine
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 g Apples
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Mix the margarine with salt and sugar until frothy
  • Add the egg and stir
  • Mix the flour and baking powder into a springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm. Core the apples and cut into thin wedges
  • Spread the natural yoghurt on the dough and press in the apple wedges like a fan. Finally, sprinkle the coconut flakes on top
  • Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 40 minutes
