Peach Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 ml Warm milk

For covering:

  • 1 Can Peaches
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

For the dough:

  • Sift the flour into a bowl.
  • Add the dry yeast and mix.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and warm milk and knead everything well.
  • Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again and roll out in a springform pan.

For covering:

  • Drain the peaches well, cut them into quarters and place them on the dough.
  • Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  • Put the sour cream in a bowl, add sugar and stir.
  • Spread the sour cream on the cake while it is still warm.
