Peach Sour Cream Cake

For the dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Butter
- 100 ml Warm milk
For covering:
- 1 Can Peaches
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
For the dough:
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Add the dry yeast and mix.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and warm milk and knead everything well.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Knead the dough again and roll out in a springform pan.
For covering:
Drain the peaches well, cut them into quarters and place them on the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
Put the sour cream in a bowl, add sugar and stir.
Spread the sour cream on the cake while it is still warm.
