White Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

  • 150 g White couverture
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over a hot water bath. Add the butter and let it melt. Let cool.
  • Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until lightly foamy. Sift the flour on the egg mixture and fold in slightly. Brush the silicone molds with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fill the mold two-thirds with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn a mold out to test the consistency of the cake. If necessary, bake for another 2-5 minutes.
  • Arrange white chocolate lava cakes on plates. For decoration, place a cake fork on the edge of the plate and sprinkle with cocoa powdered sugar.
