Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper and curry powder.
Wash the snow peas, drain and cut in half. Halve the papaya, core with a spoon, peel and cut into wedges.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the schnitzel on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove from the pan and set aside.
Put some more oil in the pan. First only fry the pea pods and after a short time also the papaya wedges and remove both from the pan.
Pour the curry paste into the pan, fry briefly and deglaze with the stock. Then let it boil down for a few minutes. Add the cream and soy sauce and season with pepper.
Finally, add the vegetables and schnitzel to the sauce and serve with the chopped parsley. Rice goes well with it. Good Appetite!
